Privacy, explained for kids
Hi! I'm Curious, the club's casebook. Here's how Cluenomy keeps your information safe.
We don't need to know who you are. You don't make an account. We never ask for your real name, your email, your address, your school or where you are.
Your detective name is made up. You pick a name like "Detective Teal Fox". It stays on your phone or tablet. We can't see it.
Your cases stay with you. Your progress is saved on your device, not on our computers. Older players can choose to share anonymous case totals with us, but junior detectives never send anything.
No ads. No tracking. No chatting with strangers. Nobody can message you in Cluenomy.
Some things need a grown-up. Before you share a case card, buy anything, or leave the app, we'll ask a grown-up to help.
You can start fresh any time. A grown-up can go to Settings → Erase my data, and everything is wiped from the device.
Questions? Ask a grown-up to email us at [email protected]. We're happy to help.
